Coaches responsibilities
1. Provide a safe and nurturing environment in which players can learn defense, offense, positioning, and responsibilities of each individual position by forceful and positive language.
2. Never to use profane, abuse, insulting language
3. Teach players to respect each other with positive reinforcement. (example’s) “Way to go.” keep it up.” “Nice shot.” “We will get it next time.”
4. Challenge each player to their ultimate potential, and to use their potential for the benefit of the team, not themselves.
5. Provide players with exposure to stronger competition.
6. To recognize each player skill level and put that player in a division to excel, be challenge and to grow.
7. Build each player self esteem and confidence to succeed on and off the court.
8. Show them how to be humble with a win but to be proud of their hard work in a lost. (win with class, due with dignity)
9. To train up these kings not only for soccer field but also the courts of life! Please be great example to our children, no drinking, cursing, smoking or immoral behavior please.
Parents responsibilities:
1. To teach the importance of being punctual/on time.
A) The player should be at practice 15 minutes before start time stretched and ready to
Practice. B) player should be at game 20 minutes prior to schedule start time.
2. Parents are not to enter the court for any reason. (example) injury, player or referee dispute. If injury is serious coaches will call parents

3. Parents are not to yell or shout any rude or obscene comments to the referees, players, other parents or opposing coaches
4. Parents should refrain from making any negative remarks about game or game officials in the presence of the player. Live with it) (refs makes bad calls, we have to
5. Parents are urged to cheer words of encouragement at all times, but please allow the coach to coach during games.
6. Parents are to make sure all financial responsibilities are paid in full on or before due dates to the team to ensure that our deadlines are met for uniforms, games, tournaments, etc…
7. Parents are encouraged to work with the player during the week, to help the player tune up their skills
8. Parents are asked to encourage the team and the coach inspite of the team’s record.
9. Parents should not approach a coach right after a game with any arguments or disagreement of any kind, please wait 24 hours, please pray, then set up a time to meet and discuss the situation.
10. Parents must sign player waiver form.
Players responsibilities:
1. Come ready to practice with proper attire
2. Come to practice with a positive attitude ready to learn and teach fellow players’ skills or exercises that they may have already mastered.
3. Abusive/negative language or fighting will not be tolerated. Ex. “You suck.” “You don’t know anything.”
4. Players should treat their teammates and opponents with respect while conducting themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
5. Players should refrain from arguing with referee officials, opposing team, or own teammate. Also no talking back to any adult.
6. Players should always be coachable by listening to the coach’s instructions 7. Players should always be dressed and ready to play at game time
8. Players should not pout or complain about individual playing time or whine to the coach about getting in the game.
9. Players should not be horsing around, chasing each other or tussling about before or between games.
10. Players should not pout if they are not in the game but always be supportive of their teammates by cheering and supporting them.
